Plz stop w/r/t the huge and unexpected expenses kthx. No really. And if you do have to hit me up like five times in one week, at the very least do not stick two of them into one letter like the one I received today from my mortgage company which says Hey, girl, your escrow account is several hundred dollars short and you owe us, and by the way, your mortgage payment is about to go up substantially.

It's just common courtesy, Universe. I wouldn't do you this way, you know.

You can sell eggs anytime. However, someone may stick you with child support. That's why I don't do it.

Are there any tax breaks you can get? Apply away. In my county, you don't have to pay school tax unless you have kids. It's a crazy republican thing I think.

Only homestead expemption, as far as I know. Already applied for, but I don't think processed just yet. So maybe my payments will go down a little after all.

I am not going to sell my eggs, if for no other reason than the effects of the course of hormones they put you on when you begin sound utterly horric.

I was reading yesterday that you can pay your own property taxes instead of the bank doing it - and it usually comes out cheaper.

I am skeptical, but perhaps it will work.
