ahahahahahaha well, dermographism is a minor worry -- not dangerous or debilitating, only uncomfortable and sometimes a little embarrassing (as when your hairdresser apologizes, in appalled tones, for injuring you, when all she really did was brush your neck with the scissors). Not really on an avian flu scale, alas.
And thank you for the sympathy! I was feeling very sorry indeed for myself, round about 6:45 am yesterday.
