I love heels but can't walk in spindly stilettos. And don't talk to me about the abomination of "kitten" heels!
Oh, my God, I feel your pain! I've got half a dozen pairs of big clunky heels that I'm saving against the day when fucking stilettos go out of style again. I even wear them sometimes, because I love them so much that that I don't care that they're completely passe.
And ahaha, my performance review went fine. Not much of a raise (no one got one of those, because they're trying to bounce back from a bad spot), but they're pleased with me.
I will totally forget this when it's time for my review again next year, of course.
