Oh, and by the way, after doing a little research in the county tax records, I have determined that the huge Victorian house is not so huge after all; the realtor was apparently including the front porch and the back deck in the total square footage estimate, and that the interior size is 1700SF or so. And so I am feeling a little more affectionate toward it, now.

Agr! The secon' house is where you'll find the gold in the long haul, mate! My vote goes to # 1 due to my fondness of the 'red' sea (and therefore 'red' house). All kinddin aside, I love the first one much more then the second. Big back yard, cute front windows, and a pleasent vibe VS. round room, common look in macon, more snooty area (no?). Well i vote number 1!
