My cultural cred's at an all-time low.

Do you know: A Christmas Story is sort of like Anna Karenina for me. In that I know all about them, but have never actually sat down and experienced them for myself. So I'm about to sit down and watch A Christmas Story, and then when that's over, I'll read Anna Karenina. I expect to be done by bedtime.

See you on the flip side. I will be a better and wiser person then.

I wish you'd been here too! This seems like one of those movies that improves when you watch it in numbers. <33333

Did you like it? The girls and I watch it every year, and have worked Scott Farkus's guffaw into our repertoire for the rest of the year.

HAW. HAW. HAW.

I have been bursting into random giggles all morning imagining your family guffawing at each other like that. AWESOME.

The movie -- it's meant to be seen first when you're a kid, so I missed out on that, but I did like it!

Randy lay there like a slug. IT WAS HIS ONLY DEFENSE.

Well, I was kinda kidding about Anna Karenina -- I will read it one day, though, I promise! -- but A Christmas Story was adorable. :D:D:D:D
