One of my most disturbing moments in life was when I was alone at my parents house and termites swarmed. I was sitting on the floor, eating some ice cream and watching TV when suddenly they were all around me. I flipped out and, in a stroke of fear and brilliance, grabbed the vacuum and sucked them all up, crying. It took a very long time before I wanted to sit on the floor in the family room again.
